After the phone call, there has been a tear between Molly and Sherlock, which he believes cannot be repaired. 1 and half years later, he realizes that he still loves her, but she doesn't love him anymore. He goes into disguise in hopes of one last chance.

Molly is torn apart she just wants to be with him but he doesn't get it, sherlock falls madly in love but can't figure out how to show molly. When he finally tells her, things go wrong and leave molly hopeless.
