Hinata is taken in by Kyoko and Tohru when they found her abandoned. Hinata, only being a year behind Tohru, is taken in once again with the Sohma's. She soon meets Momiji Sohma, an energetic blond boy who can turn into a rabbit. A boy who became one of her best friends. A boy she begins to have feelings for. A boy who'd change her life forever.

The curse of the zodiac had been broken. Akito revealed her true identity. Her bond with the other members of the Sohma improved. She finally learnt how to love. Hatsuharu and Rin no longer need to hide their love for each other from Akito. Yuki, Tohru and Kyo graduated from highschool. Hatsuharu and Momiji enter their final senior year.

The Saki family lived in America for many, many years. After many years they come back to Japan to meet their extended family, the Sohmas for New Year and live Japan. Hikaru (the sheep) doesn't understand why after centuries the Head of the Sohma Family has invited them to go back to Japan. All she wants to do is stay in America and live their life there, as does everyone else. But Kaito (the God) thinks it would be a good experience to meet people like us. But not knowing the dangerous secrets in the Sohma Family Curse.

It actually happened. The big Sohma family secret got out. And not just to a group of kids this time, to the ENTIRE school. Hatori erased their memories but Akito thought some more drastic measures were needed. He forced Yuki, Kyo, Momiji, and Hatsuharu to all switch schools. After trying to get them to attend an all boys school (Yuki refused), they settled on a private school. Not just any private school, Ouran Academy.
