This story is a Kirari Momobami and Sayaka Igarashi character study. That being said, this story will be completely canon-compliant and as in-character as possible. The entire thing will be through Sayaka's point of view since we get insight on her thought process in the series, unlike Kirari. This story will give the reader a glimpse of Kirari and Sayaka's progressing relationship right after the Tower of Doors Arc. Therefore, this will take place at the beginning of the election. Since the Election Arc has not been completed in the manga yet, I will have to improvise when it comes to unconfirmed information. Thank you for reading, I appreciate all of the support. The two start to bond and grow closer when Mary starts to notice that this vampire hunter is not who she thought she was. Mary returns to the organisation after a one week break only to find the headquarters burnt to the ground and her new friend to be missing. She goes on a manhunt for her friend and comes across something startling: That very same friend may very well be the same person who destroyed the organisation. Mary proceeds to embark on a journey of betrayal, love and self-discovery, with her eyes open to a new world of which she has never seen.
