Nakamoto Suzuka, a 3rd year student of Sakura Gakuin, was going graduate in a few months. But she feels something is essentially lacking for her school days. Having a powerful voice and a love for music, Suzuka wishes to start up a band, but she still hasn't found the people who will help bring her dream into reality. Her dream finally begins to take shape when Suzuka runs into Kikuchi Moa, Mizuno Yui, and Okazaki Momoko - the perfect mix of personalities and talents. They then form a band called BABYMETAL, with big ambitions, but they find out it isn't as easy to form the band as they thought. With rivalries, personal struggles, and moments of self-doubt, the girls learn to juggle friendship, passion, and a need for success. As graduation starts to draw near, Suzuka realizes that their formed bonds may just be the best thing she's ever achieved. Can BABYMETAL find the sound and a place in the world before it is too late?
