Sanjou! Oh yeah, did I forget to mention one of my best friends is a Kamen rider, as well as a person who I haven't talked to in a long time?

Kyotaro accept the power and become the next Den-O. He is reunite with his childhood friends who found the horse girl and bring them to see Kyotaro. Kyotaro think he start another jouney to find the Horse Girl who appear in his world and fight Imagin to protect the city as the next Den-O.

Upon finding himself in the afterlife, a young boy was given a choice on where he wants to pass through. He chose and doing so results in meeting four individuals, whom he's most unlikely to meet.
