He always noticed Steve looking but he hadn't started looking back till recently. He was openly a gay man and that got him into trouble a lot but he didn't care. Adonis was born with powers, his mother knew when he was born with glowing blue eyes. So as he grew he became more powerful. His mother found a comic, Wanda Maximoff and found he had the same powers so she helped him through comics.
