The cell door shut with a bang, and the men that had led him in left without a word-not even taking his cuffs off. Which was fine, it's not like he couldn't do it himself, Shanks mused as he used Haki to tear the iron cuffs off. Seriously? Iron? They couldn't do better than that with the massive budget Shanks knows they have. The cuffs fell off with a clang, seemingly startling a small form in the cell next to him. Wait.
