These are just a few stories that I wrote for school. Most of them are from last year or this year.

I am pretty sure most have you read the Monkey's Paw by W.W Jacobs and are dying to know what happened, well here is my version I made. If you are going to hate this please don't read. ▲! Spoilers for the actual story!▲

Hey guys this is a short story I that I had to write for English and I thought I would put it on here. We had to think of our own version of "The Monkeys Paw " by W.W. Jacobs. But it had to stick to the original rules of the paw, in other words their wishes had to have a consequence of sorts. I hope you enjoy ! {Alazaymarie } ^•^

This is heavily inspired by the monkeys paw, its an assessment we had to do in school and now I'm posting what I did. Anywyas onto the actual description(04/05/2022) A monkeys paw that has never been seen since 1984, suddenly makes an appearance. It's 3 wishes have always caused treacherous things to happen as an aftermath of its reward. However, what will happen when the monkeys paw carelessly falls into the hands of 3 teenagers who are starved for adrenaline. It just can't be good, however it goes downhill as one of them are brutally murdered, who is to really blame?

When you cast a spell to save your town, what could go wrong? Wilson Parish has fallen to a crime wave that's transformed the once-quiet community into a hub for organized crime. Desperate times call for desperate measures-so when Freeman McCray discovers an old family recipe for conjuring a hero, he gathers six townspeople to try it. One serpent's tongue. One queen bee. Two vials of blood marked "grace" and "mercy." And something to mold the hero's form. But Freeman didn't unroll the scroll far enough to read his great-great-grandmother's warning. In a hero's sight, there is no in between. Either it's wrong... or it's right. A dark fantasy short story about the danger of calling for justice when no one is innocent.

This is my version of a prequel to the short story, The Monkey's Paw, by W.W. Jacobs. In my version, it shows how Sargent Major Morris got ahold of the Monkey's Paw and why he was to give it to the Whites. [You may just read this as a short story, but for more twists in this story, read The Monkey's Paw first!]
