This story idea was given to me by a request☺️ So basically it's about how MK was always so clumsy and how his parents would always baby him, calling him their "little Monkey" but, his parents started getting more busy due to work, meaning that they didn't have much time for MK anymore, Much to the point where he has gotten into a harsh argument with his parents

This is a reincarnation AU with a fem!reader. There's some angst in it but it's not going to get as heavy as it is in the first chapter again. Y/n has just moved into their new apartment and began their job at a noodle shop directly across from Pigsies. After becoming acquainted with the local Monkie Kid you're introduced the famous Monkey King who looks at you as though he's seen a ghost. Her background and the reason why she looks similar to Macaque are a mystery but it would inevitably unravel in front of everyone's eyes soon. The fanfic first takes place in season 1 episode 5 and might extend into season 4. (I'll make an actual fanfic cover- you just have to deal with this for now.) I do not own Lego Monkie Kid or the characters except for my OC.

During a battle, Macaque gets injured, the group does not yet trust Macaque and is still skeptical so they leave the monkey king to watch over him, not only to make sure he is well healed but also so he doesn't run off or do anything destructive. The healing process is slow and painful, it hurts to even use his power. He finds himself unable to even move from his bed some morning. On the verge of death, Sun Wukong is worried for his ex-best friend.

In the Old Tale of Journey to the west, Mk Has spent his time reading it again and even Listens to Tangs Rambling about the Monkey king and his Companions. The Old legend ends in such Epic climax and Of course Mk couldn't contain His Excitement and Shares the Story to his Friend. Donghai. But What if the Tale was not done yet? what if The Buddhist Monk Tang Sanzang Pleads to Buddha Himself to let his Spirit Visit the Mortal Realm once more and Continue on his Teachings? Giving him a chance Buddha Let's him Off and With the New Advanced Technologies and Demons Lurking around the dark corners. Donghai, a Hot tempered and passionate one is chosen to be Tripitikas Successor. with the golden cicada on her back she's tasked to Teach Demons and humans who are in need. and even though she sucks at it Tripitika is patient with her.
