In this twisted and eerie reimagining of the original story LAUGHING JACK, it takes places in the eventful year of 2003, in the town of Ravenmoore Michigan as the small town has seemed to be going through a bizarre series of events where people are acting behaving strange around others and soon children start behaving weirdly, the source of the cause whatever it is, it involves a monochrome dressed ghost clown and a strange powder that makes people behave not like themselves. What is going on and how will it play out?
