Ryuichi, mahasiswa tidak berkemampuan yang sekarat dan ada sebuah sistem aneh muncul dihadapannya ketika saat dia sedang sekarat. Tanpa lama, Ryuichi menyetujui persyaratan sistem itu dan Ryuichi kemudian menjadi "Player"!. Jay, sahabat Ryuichi mengajak Ryuichi untuk pergi jalan-jalan ke taman sebentar menghirup udara yang segar mengingat di Tokyo sungguh segar udaranya. Namun, tiba-tiba saja ada gerbang yang bewarna hitam dan makhluk-makhluk aneh muncul dari sana. Ryuichi dan Jay serentak shok. Mereka pun mencoba kabur dan ternyata ada anak perempuan yang lagi sedang menangis. Terlihat, anak perempuan itu juga sedang mencari anaknya!. Ryuichi yang tanpa basa-basi kemudian langsung menghampiria anak perempuan itu. Tetapi, sayangnya setelah menyelamatkan anak perempuan itu. Ryuichi sepertinya harus berhadapan dengan makhluk-makhluk yang aneh itu.

Dopo un viaggio estenuante a bordo dell'Atrium, una missione scientifica arriva su Hemaron, il primo pianeta con forme di vita mai scoperte oltre la Terra.
