Set after Monster Musume: Everyday Life with Monster Girls. You'd be surprised at how many "volunteers" there are for the Cultural Exchange Program. Here I am living my life with some of the strangest guests I've ever had to accommodate. Yours truly's having to take care of a Lamia, a Centaur, two Mermaids, an Arachne, a Dragonewt, a Mandragora and a Werewolf, all under the watchful eye of a Monoeye. Starting to think some of my old classmate, Kimihito Kurusu's luck rubbed off on me. I've yet to find out what type of luck that is. Not the experience I was expecting here in Japan, but I guess I can't complain, yet. Anyway, the name's Shōn, Shōn Kaiyako.

Join Kazumi Kurusu, as she and her older twin brother, Kimihito Kurusu, as their life is thrown into turmoil after accidentally becoming involved with the "Interspecies Cultural Exchange" program. Along the way, many characters (both good and bad) fall madly in love with Kazumi and will fight each other to make her theirs. How will this all of this go down?
