At twenty-four, Liora feels like life is happening somewhere just out of reach. Chronic pain and exhaustion have made her world smaller than she ever imagined it would be. While everyone else seems to be rushing forward-traveling, dreaming, living-she has learned to exist carefully within the limits of a body that rarely cooperates. Then she meets someone who experiences the world in a completely different way. He's blind. But where she sees limitation, he hears possibility. He notices the sound of rain before storms arrive, the shift in wind through trees, the quiet music hidden inside ordinary moments. And when she confesses that she feels like life is passing her by, he offers her a simple challenge: Borrow time from the world. Once a month, they take a trip together-a few days away from everything-to experience places slowly and deeply instead of rushing through them. Across fifteen months, their journey carries them through distant landscapes, crowded cities, and quiet corners of the world where life feels suddenly larger than either of them expected. As the months unfold, she begins to understand something she never believed before: Life was never about how much she could do. It was always about how deeply she could feel it.

Corey loves his life. captain of the football team, the classic heartthrob. hr walked through his life without a single care in the world. but...something was always missing. he never truely had something, but he was never sure what. that of course, was until he found a brown haired boy sitting in the middle of his dorms hallway. what were they getting themselves into?

Here are my poems for NaPoWriMo 2015

In an article by Forbes, there are 27 etiquette rules of behavior. These are rules they say that tend to follow our instincts. They also say the original etiquette manual is written for America or of western civilization countries where, in fact, success manuals are successful. Successful for who is, the question. In these manual's data suggest to be quiet and to think about other's feelings first because it is not always about maximizing your personal convictions. Ain't that about a bitch. If you want to look at Black people who have lacked on education, communication, and a lack of self indulgence it would be higher and then whites alone who also project their personal convictions. And, of course, I don't mean to offend Black people but what is a Black girl with etiquette. I mean most Black persons stories speak about themselves; they talk about what they have negatively experienced. Meanwhile, not using standard vernacular English nor once do they take a look around the room to notice who is happily enjoying these conversations. No family like mine will only stick to the rules of any kind that is reducing code switching to a distinctive class status. One amongst the other does that make my family still Black or does that make me fake? Because where I'm from it's hard to hold a job for less than a year. Where they're from opportunity is unlimiting but everyone does not speak the same. The only difference between where they're from and where I'm from, is etiquette. Etiquette literally signifies a tag or label. So, what is my label as a black girl? "Black Girl Etiquette: Life From My Point of View "
