New to Montreal, I, Rosalie is starting school at McGill University studying to be an athletic trainer. I use to live in Denmark with my family, but wanted to go to school in a different country. <Prologue> Cold. Alone. Frightened. I wasn't always like this I swear. I used to have a perfect life, the one where the sun would always shine. The birds would be chirping and a family would have a nice picnic in their own backyard. Who am I kidding? That was eleven years ago. Back when I used to love my life and act like a carefree child. Back when mom and dad would always make time for my brother and I. Back when my brother usually made me cry but always ended up, apologizing. Until an incident happened... Werewolves, happened... It was like every other day, when Blade and I came home from school to find my mother and father sitting together on a couch with a man I haven't seen before. Broad shoulders, tall, dark brown with a slight of gray hair and dark blue eyes. He looked as if he were the same age as my parents with an aura that surrounded him, authority. I haven't seen this mysterious man in my life. "Is this her?" He spoke with so much power that made fear creep on my skin. His eyes held a look of hate, disgust, and mischief, as he kneeled down in front of me. They were silent. As I met their eyes, they looked away. I was hurt when they refused to look at me, my brother was with rage, "NO, YOU'RE NOT TAKING HER!" He tried to push away the tall man but my parents pulled him back. "NO! GET AWAY FROM HER!" He shouted, yet that wasn't enough to send away this horrifying man. The man just looked at him with amusement, grabbed me roughly by the arm and took me away. I kicked, I screamed, I cried and no matter how much I did, he never cared. Then I bit down on his hand. He groaned in so much frustration, that he pulled his hand away from me. I tried to runaway but he got hold of my bag, pulling me back only to be met with a harsh slap to the cheek. I fell to the ground sideways, looking up to see him smirking, "Aren't you a feisty little one? Oh, my son will love you," he says chuckling and pulled me back up with the straps of my backpack.
