A fog-choked coastal city. A Black homicide detective who refuses to blink. A killer staging baroque, blood-soaked tableaux that speak in a language of bells, salt, and misdirection. Detective Selene Ward follows a trail carved through church belfries, glasshouse gardens, storm tunnels, and shuttered galleries, reading the killer's ritual grammar while old-money gatekeepers tighten their grip on the narrative. As bodies become instruments and institutions become stages, Selene must cut through the city's curated myths to stop a murderer who believes terror is art-and who knows exactly how to make the powerful look away. Gritty, atmospheric, and unapologetically visceral, this neo-noir thriller delivers relentless momentum, razor-edged imagery, and a protagonist with the steadiness to face what others call unspeakable. ©️ Relle H

Adrian, a lonely young clockmaker, spends his days repairing ordinary timepieces... until one winter night, Seraphine walks into his shop with a broken pocket watch. The watch belonged to her late mother, but it beats like a living heart-and carries a secret tied to destiny itself. When the watch reveals a glowing map beyond the city walls, Adrian and Seraphine are drawn into a journey where time bends, memories fight to stay alive, and shadows hunt for the power hidden in the watch. Pursued by the mysterious Collector, they must face enchanted forests, towers where past and future blur, and trials that test not just their courage-but their hearts. Because the watch doesn't just point the way to fate. It points to each other. A tale of magic, danger, and slow-blooming love, The Enchanted Clockmaker asks: what would you risk if time itself chose your heart's true path?

She saw me do something she shouldn't have. Most people would be dead by now. She isn't. I didn't let her go. Not because I'm kind... because I need her. She's, soft, stubborn... infuriating. I hate her defiance. I crave her presence. And every day she stays... I feel something I can't control."

First, he loved her. Then, he began to consume her. Alice Magara lives in a world where vampires and werewolves (usually) know exactly how to pass as human. She has no interest in their supernatural powers or the romanticized, blood-soaked relationships built on dominance. She has her own plans-scholarship, independence, the fulfillment of a dream that's more than just survival. But there are things she never saw coming. Teodor Trustfall. On the surface-an older guy with charisma and a spotless reputation. In reality-something that slowly blurs her boundaries, surrounds her, slips into her mind, until he's more present there than she is herself. As she loses herself in the relationship, she stops noticing what's happening to her body, her friends, the world around her. But not all bonds feel like chains. Sometimes, they feel like hands on your waist. Warm, strong, familiar. Until you realize they're not holding you. They're not letting go. Note! The first 3-4 chapters are very slow-paced. In my opinion, it really picks up from chapters 4-5 onward. I've added a few too many descriptions, and some dialogues could be shortened. The book will be revised once the entire draft is complete. At that time, certain scenes-or even entire chapters-may be removed.

When a spontaneous weekend trip leads to a chance encounter at a bar called Last Call, two strangers find themselves pulled into a quiet, magnetic connection built on glances, unspoken tension, and missed moments. In a world where modern love is fleeting and timing rarely aligns, their story isn't one of grand gestures, but of almosts-almost a beginning, almost a confession, almost something real. Tender, moody, and painfully relatable, "Not Quite Strangers" is a story about the way feelings sometimes lingers in the spaces between what's said and what's left unsaid.

After a painful breakup, writer Evelyn Hart moves into Willow Court, an aging apartment building at the edge of the city. She wants quiet, routine, and a chance to forget. Instead, she finds herself haunted by music that plays through her bedroom wall every night-a slow, beautiful melody that sounds like grief itself. The notes come from Lucas Hale, the reclusive architect next door who hasn't been seen outside for months. Their first contact is a letter slipped under her door, an apology that feels too intimate to be from a stranger. As their connection deepens through letters and late-night knocks, Evelyn discovers that the apartment once belonged to a woman who vanished without a trace. Every answer she uncovers pulls her closer to Lucas-and to a truth that could destroy them both. A slow-burn romance of music, memory, and the secrets that live between walls.

WE LEARNED TO BREATHE UNDERWATER Artist: Sanele Ndaba/ Yuri Ndaba We Learned to Breathe Underwater is a collection of ten slow-burning songs about emotional depth, quiet love, and the kind of survival that doesn't look heroic from the outside. Inspired by the submerged intimacy of The Marías, this project explores what it means to feel deeply in a world that rewards lightness, speed, and emotional distance. These songs live in the moments between words - the pauses, the almosts, the silences that carry more weight than confessions. The album moves like a descent: from surface-level longing into the darker, softer spaces of the heart, where pressure reshapes identity and vulnerability becomes a form of strength. Rather than chasing resolution, the songs allow feelings to exist fully - unresolved, tender, and honest. Blending English and Spanish, warmth and melancholy, We Learned to Breathe Underwater is not about drowning - it's about adaptation. It's about learning to stay present in emotional depths without needing to escape them. This project reflects Sanele Ndaba's ongoing exploration of inner life, softness, and emotional intelligence - where feeling deeply is not a weakness, but a way of knowing. INSPIRED BY THE MARIAS
