This is a tale of love and betrayal, of the night, of the sky, and of how darkness consumes light. As a Moonshadow assassin tries to save her leader, she sets herself on a dark path. She meets a purple elf. That promises to bring back what was lost, to protect her and her people, how could one say no. All characters and stories rightfully belong to The Dragon Prince, as I did not make them, with the exception of the main character.

The Dragon Prince Fanfic (Y/N) joined the Moonshadow elf assassin shortly after her eldest brother died. She goes to Katolis to with the rest of the assassins, she is given a job to do but gets sidetracked. (Y/N) joins the human princes, along with Rayla on a journey to deliver the Dragon Prince's egg back to Xadia. And finds out she isn't just any regular Moonshadow elf. This is my first story so I apologize if it's not that good. I hope to write more in the future (maybe about cod characters cuz I love them sm) Anyways here's the summary! Spoilers for the dragon prince (I won't follow the story exactly jsyn but I suggest watching it first) Rayla and her best friend had been training their whole lives for this moment, they were finally going to be sent on a important mission. The plan was to assassinate the king of Kotalis as revenge for the unjust decision for the humans to kill the dragon king and destroy his one and only egg. But once the two moon shadow elves discover that the egg wasn't destroyed, they make it their mission to accompany the young princes to Xadia to deliver the dragon egg back to its mother. To their surprise they have a certain set of siblings hunting them down. What shenanigans will insue? Read to find out! (!None of these characters are mine except Kyra!)
