ShenKai is fifteen, with more abilities than he can count. Reading minds? Simple. Controlling them? Even better. Despite his powers, he is infected with the same genetic disease that killed his parents. By twenty-five, he'll be dead and no power, no ability can change that fate. Desperate to find a cure, Shen escapes their Compound and its tyrannical leader-leaving an unforeseen path of death and destruction in his wake.
