Mortis has always lived his life closed off from the rest of the brawlers. Those who know him hate him- those who didn't fear him. However, this all comes crashing to an end as everybody's identity on the island is leaked for all, the news of these unnatural people with supernatural abilities suddenly becoming public. Now, the entire world knows all about their existence. The tension on the island between the brawlers grows worse as they struggle to fight against the media. The government has failed them, and they must work together as a stronger threat rises to wipe them out for good. Based on many headcanons. A short Brawl Stars: Mortis x Poco one-shot story that takes place a few days after the "No Time To Explain" Brawl Stars trailer. Poco tries to make amends for what he did to Mortis' bats a few days ago. (Nothing too much, just some implied hidden feelings and both of them learning small new things that they hadn't expected of eachother.
