Morgoth Stories

This tale was the winner of the "Runes of Daeron" Contest, made by the Conselho Branco - Sociedade Tolkien - a non-profit brazilian organization created to study and publicize the fantastic work of writer, professor and philologist J.R.R. Tolkien. It was published in issue 22 of the Council's newsletter, "O Palantir", in 2012. As a big fan, it's an honor for me. The tale accompanies the conversations of a Balrog with the elf Fëanor. In the mythology created by Tolkien in The Silmarillion, Fëanor rebelled against the gods, and after his death his cursed spirit retreated into the halls of Mandos and never returned to his relatives. The Balrog (also known as Valarauko) decides to tell his story, from the origin of the world, to the elf, because he thinks it will make a difference in his life.

"Morgoth ripped the chain off his chest, scattering metal in all directions. Slowly, he stood up, testing his muscles. He had been idle for far too long." Morgoth is back, plunging Middle Earth into grave danger. And the only one who can stop him is a mere girl of 14. Her name is Cyrith. She has been chosen by the Valar, along with Raryn, a war refuge from Gondor. Join her in an adventure to bring peace once again to Middle Earth.

Dark intentions threaten to end Middle-Earth as all know it and plunge it into the darkness of a great evil. Only one light can withstand the darkness. But even a single flame cannot illuminate the world.

To spy, acquire information and to impress his master, Mairon decides to pass the road of Helcaraxë all by himself... Melkor soon realizes, that he shouldn't have let his beloved leave, but has another way to look after him... Inspired by the song "Flamme Im Wind" by Lacrimosa.

Mostly called that cause she wonders throughout the Misty Mountains unseen. Her true name, no one knows. So can this elleth be the light in the darkness of battle? Who is she? And why is she so important?

From the beginning of time, Light and Darkness have warred. The continuous struggle has been seen through wars in many forms-a quest to destroy a ring; the Jedi and the Sith; the creation of the Silmarils; Rebels against the Empire. All has been separate, until an alignment in space makes worlds collide. An ancient enemy of Sauron has returned to Arda threatening to upset the balance of power. Celebrimbor the greatest smith of the Second Age has returned. Knowing how dangerous the Elven Lord is, Sauron and Morgoth hope for a temporary alliance with the Dragonborn fearful that the Bright Lord will not only overthrow Mordor but conquer all realms in the world.

A prose re-telling of J.R.R. Tolkien's Lay of Leithian, this relates the full story of the love and labors of Beren and Luthien in the First Age of Middle-earth. This is aimed primarily at Tolkien fans who want the full story but who do not want to read the original Lay. I have tried to keep my own intrusions to the minimum necessary in order to keep the story moving, and I have also tried to capture both the style and spirit of the original Lay in prose form as much as possible. I have used other sources, most notably The History of Middle-earth book series, for where the Lay ends uncompleted. This manuscript was originally completed in 1997, revised considerably in 2009, and is returning to the Internet in 2017 after an eight-year hiatus. It is my gift to Tolkien fandom. No infringement intended and implied (and all that), and I hope it remains both free and freely available to all from now on.

This is an Angbang/Silmarillion fanfic written by me and the incredible @SweetieDoggie. In which an irritable Melkor, a disaster-prone Mairon and an unfortunate Maedhros all end up in the same fortress, so naturally chaos ensues.

Any similarities to real life people or events is completely coincidental.

One Shot's of LOTR and The Hobbit, I do popular and unpopular people from Middle Earth - even if your've got a wee like for a person that is only mentioned in the books, still free to request. I do tend to research the requests quiet a lot. If information is not true that is because I have fitted the characters into a plot line with out any fussy loss ends and both that is in-between the book and movie.

Lord of the Rings/Hobbit/Silmarillion fanfiction Tauriel Thranduiliel had run away. She couldn't take it anymore; after the death of her mother when she was scarcely 100 years old, her father had become more and more protective of her and her brother, Legolas. It broke her heart, but finally, she slipped past the guards and into the dark forest. She couldn't have then imagined the chaos and destruction that came from that decision. Combination book- and movie-canon DISCLAIMER: My character Tauriel and the character from the Hobbit have no connection other than name (the latter doesn't exist in this story). I don't own The Lord Of The Rings series or anything to do with it. Art featured in this book is not mine.

I am only publishing this to shed some light, on a less known portion of Tolkien's mythology, and increase awareness of it.
