The setting is Morioh, Japan in 1999, during the beginning of part 4. Yukako is a yandere for Josuke, she's over Koichi. This probably is risky to make since Yukako and Koichi are canon. I'm probably the only person that likes Yukako and Josuke together but enjoy.

When a new girl comes to Morioh town, she immediately causes a fuss. As she gains more popularity, and more admirers, the more clueless she seems to become. Believing that she is a loner and unpopular, she doesn't really talk to anyone. This only causes more intrigue as shes seen as mysterious and dreamy by her peers. Guys and girls left and right are falling for her, including the schools pretty boy: Josuke Higashikata.
