You find out the town is called "Morioh". you seem excited but something is off about this town, as you notice bright yellow flowers blooming in areas you're in, you realize you have an ability others in this town do. (This is my first fanfic so I apologize if it's low quality) A lot of characters in this story belong to Hirohiko Araki.

Okuyasu sleeps over at Josuke's house and learns what love is like.

The setting is Morioh, Japan in 1999, during the beginning of part 4. Yukako is a yandere for Josuke, she's over Koichi. This probably is risky to make since Yukako and Koichi are canon. I'm probably the only person that likes Yukako and Josuke together but enjoy.

rohan and jotaro are having some coffee at a small cafe near the morioh grand motel and jotaro starts to mention how he wants to start a new hobby, candle making. rohan would love to do this activity with jotaro but he REALLY WANTS TO EAT THE WAX.

We all know Joseph joestar was way to old to take care of the gal, and Jotaro couldn't even care for his own daughter (though he didn't want her hurt cause of stand users but anyways-!) a young gal as yourself has been given the role to be her caretaker.
