An intelligent, young girl, who has lived her entire life with her mother in the countryside is forced to move to London after a traumatising event which changed her life. But Alaina is no ordinary girl. Unbeknownst to her she has been gifted with a mind as sharp as her fathers but unfortunately this is something only her uncle, Sherlock Holmes, has realised, leaving her father Mycroft, wishing she had never existed...

Sixteen year old Darius Johnson is an intelligent but lazy kid with no ambition, whose worries are limited to basketball, girls, and trying not to fail. One thing he is sure of is that he has a small knack for deduction, so when he and his best friend Richard "Rich" Chase find the body of a classmate, and Rich's older brother is the suspect, Darius takes it upon himself to try and solve the case, but not having the faintest idea of how to be a detective. What was Sherlock really thinking as he delivered those all important lines?

It has been six years since the Reichenbach fall, and Sherlock Holmes is alone. John Watson has moved on, forging a family for himself out of the ruins of the loss of his best friend. But when Sherlock's path crosses that of Mary Watson, they both have to fight to ensure John's well-being.

Mary and John had to meet somehow, this is how I think it happened.
