Everyone knows everyone in a small town like Starr Park. Everyone knows who's son is the basketball team captain, or who's daughter is leading the female team, just as well as the important people in town know what gem radiation from the old mine did to generations. In this small town grades split in two, making classes A and B. Class B is traditionally the home of 'freaks' and this year class 11-B gets a new class-teacher; Byron Eddington the 3rd. As an older generation freak of Starr High he knows the basics of the high school ecosystem here, but can he keep up with the younger generations? With only 15 students in his class he is bound to get to know the little bastards, but some of them carry old memories Byron swore he'd keep far out of sight. Can he help them overcome basic teenage drama while taking care of his own? Drama that should have ended 30 years ago. Mortis has always lived his life closed off from the rest of the brawlers. Those who know him hate him- those who didn't fear him.
