She smiles at me and warmth radiates off her. "Annabeth Chase." She types my name into her monitor, tilting her head backwards so she can see through her lenses. "Oh yes! The transfers! Do you have your papers?" I freeze. Papers? Chiron hadn't mentioned anything about- "No? It's all Goode! No papers are required. I'm just messing with you. I just wanted to say 'It's all goode', it's the school's motto. Clever no?" I sigh in relief. I hate being unprepared. "Yes, it's very...witty." I smile and she seems to notice, for the first time, the group standing behind me. "Wait...are you all together?" I nodded, earning a whistle from her as she glanced, wide-eyed, at a paper on the desk, then back at all of us. "Chiron has really lost his mind." Hazel spat the water she was drinking all over Frank. "What?"
