21st Century African American Folklore. Supernatural breakdown or explanation of what I struggled to understand. Told from the POV of an oppressed black woman gaslit by her own reality. In the story the writer refers to the main character as "She" and "Me". This is a direct colloquialism of the identity crisis we all face as melanated queens. I also wanted to paint the reality of mental health awareness in the black community and lack of resources there of.

Tally Craven has just found the love of her life in Garrett Buttonwood on the eve of Beltane. But now the Spree are attacking in full force and the Bellweather unit must fight for their freedom. After 10 years, he is ready to avenge his motherland (Sindh) from the barbarians. . . . Katyayani, the princess of Pratichya, a small kingdom in the empire of King Nagbhatta II in Hind. She desires to become a warrior in future but is restricted by her parents as they fear that she could get killed by the ruthless Arabs for taking up arms against them. . . . Will Hind suffer the same fate as Sindh..... Will Katyayani be able to fulfill her dreams in spite of the obstacles..... Will Takshak be able to avenge his motherland from the ruthless enemy who are more powerful.....

Story of a girl born in Europe who lived in New York City since she was a kid. After making a few summer visits to her motherland, she starts to question where she really belongs. She decides to move to her birth country for one year to teach English as a Second Language and, to see what's it like to live there. She chooses to move to a large, bustling city close to an ocean because she loves the water. There, she doesn't know even a single soul. Will this trip become a terrible mistake and quickly force her back to NYC? Or will it be her greatest life adventure?

This was a flash fiction tale of a brave soldier who was grown up by his widowed mother. Aryan was a nik, who loves to hang up with friends and fond off travelling all the time. A surprise trip turned into a real surprise for him. The story is about how a joyous boy changes into a brave soldier.

Hey reader, this is India through my eyes. I visited a few places of cultural importance the day before and was bewildered by the wonderful architecture and deep detailing of those sites. So I decided to dedicate this poem for my superb motherland.
