When a happy family who had everything they would ever want gets news no one ever wants to hear. When one of them gets sick what will everyone do? Will they stand by them or leave them behind when it gets too tough. Will everything be ok in the end or will there be only devastation? We are all scared of what we don't know, and it makes the future dark, it makes us scared of the dark.

This is a story based entirely on the sport of dirt biking. before we begin on the description of the story, here is some basis on what qualifications I have to be writing a book like this. I have been riding off road for 11 years, and my current bikes are a 2009 Gas Gas EC300 six days, and a 2012 KTM Freeride 350. Now on to the book. This book is being written as a basis for a short film I hope to create one day with my friends or even by myself. The true description starts here. An 800 Mile race across the hardest terrain known to man. For a good rider, the time it takes to successfully complete the course is over 13 hours. His father did it in 10 hours and 19 minutes on a Honda CR500, one of the most brutal motorcycles ever known to man. Max could only Dream of being that Kind of a rider, and he can't do it alone. So he consults the help of his older brother, Ryan. There is a flaw in his plan. Ryan was an outcast of the family. He raced an entirely different breed of racing. Motocross. Worst of all, he didn't believe in the 2 stroke platform. Ryan was top in his age group in the under 19's 250 and 450 MX class. at 18 years old, he had the potential to be the next best thing. but his father doesn't appreciate motocross the way he does Enduro. Will Max follow His fathers footsteps, and be the best, or will he kill himself trying? Will his brother Help Max, or turn his back on the entire idea? What lengths will Max go to in order to be the best in the world?

The X games. If you've never heard of them then you're obviously not a FMX rider. And no, it's got nothing to do with the Hunger Games. Although it does involve blood, sweat and tears. They are going to be the first ever females to compete in the X Games- the biggest freestyle motocross event in the world. Kehlani had just graduated high school and was getting ready to start her first semester at the University of Florida as a Business major. Highpoint was local,so she had made it a tradition to make it there at least once every summer to see her favorite racers in person ,while enjoying the summer weather. Little did she know,this trip to Highpoint would be unforgettable.

Reagan overlooks the crowd, standing on her tippy toes in hopes of getting a better view of the track. A slight panic begins to rise in her chest when her boyfriend's bike is nowhere in sight. She waits for all the bikes to cross the finish line before entering into full panic mode. With her hair tousling in the wind and the sun beating down on what would normally be a perfect summer day, Reagan is anything but okay at the thought of her boyfriend becoming seriously injured during a race of Motocross. When he doesn't show up at the first race as promised, she is quick to call his phone, hunt down his friends, and debates on going to the hospital. She knows the territory of the sport. She has lived through the injuries it has to offer. All his friends say they have seen him at some point and all her friends say he will show up, yet no one can bring her to him nor can she get a hold of him. Late one night, driving home from work at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle Washington, Jess falls witness to a catastrophic motorcycle accident. Because she is a hospitalist nurse, she manages to save the motorcyclist, world-renowned motocross racer Cole Carson's life. After being in a medically induced coma he has no recollection of the accident or the days leading up to it. Eventually, Cole becomes Jess's longtime patient but challenges arise when they can't get along. Cole is unaware of Jess's lifesaving measures but hints are dropped that she knows more about the night of the accident than what she leads on. Lies, deceit, heartbreak, depression, and the need for more out of life connect the two on a deep soulful level. When Cole ultimately does discover the truth he pushes Jess to be more alive in her life, encouraging her to live the life Cole once had before the accident as he is stuck in a hospital bed watching from afar. Future dreams are created together but when Cole's upcoming release comes closer, a drastic turn of events has everything crumbling.
