(Or Naofumi's never had "the talk" and it's up to Erhard to be the adult in this situation.) Warning: Mentions of rape and sex (nothing explicit). Slightly AU. Summoned as the Shield Hero only to be betrayed and charged with one of the worst crimes imaginable, Naofumi could only feel overwhelming despair and anger. However, that all quickly changed to unadulterated fear when he realized the truth behind why he was charged and that there was a monster after him worse than anything the Waves had to offer. While in a library, Y/N L/N finds a strange book that transports him to a strange land. How will he figure out why he is there?

Motoyasu is ordered to kill no other than Naofumi by Myne, who is hateful for how successful Naofumi is growing. Motoyasu doesn't hesitate to agree and begins his journey to assassinate the shield devil. Before long he finds Naofumi and is unable to kill him. This leads to a conflict with his feelings, and a special message to the king of Melromarc if he can't kill Naofumi. (Also being posted on AO3)

Y/n is just you're average 14-year-old American. In his school's library, he finds a book about the 4 legendary heroes. He suddenly gets sent to a fantasy world as the fifth legendary hero.

Though his name has been cleared, the shield hero still finds it hard to believe that the Queen is on his side. To him, it's just another manipulation. After constantly being taunted by a mysterious voice, Naofumi begins to believe that he really is the devil of the shield. Now it's up to him to decide whether he would embrace the darkness or overcome it. Note: I don't own the characters. They are all from the anime "The Rising of the Shield Hero".

Five heroes, forcefully brought from their world and thrown into a war they knew nothing about. One hero wielded a destructive spear, one had a mighty sword, another held a majestic bow and one had a legendary shield. Even though the first four had such powerful weapons the fifth hero came with nothing. He had no special skills, or items, he was just a man. So he did the only thing possible. He became strong with his own power. He became the Shadow Killer.

I literally gave up on my last fanfiction, and I literally have Motofumi fanfictions taking over my google docs, so I suppose- I literally write about these two all the time- I have no clue what it is about them--- Also, I have seen almost every story of these two on AO3, wattpad so... :) (Aka I need to make more content)

This is a story containing many different AUs, Headcanons, and Short stories for the series The Rising of the Shield Hero. Many of these AUs are inspired and I've gotten permission to use them. I also keep my word count for at least 2000 words for each short story! There'll probably be a lot of Naofumi X L'Arc. I'll put it at the top if there is. You can request any idea or AUs if you want to!

Motoyasu was ordered by no other than Malty to go against the shield 'devil' and to slay the devil himself. Motoyasu took the offer- ready to pierce Naofumi and take away his life. He made his way to a very familiar village... And he found himself struggling as he stood in front of the raven- having a perfect opportunity to kill him. And also a few things from his world got transported there just to make his life miserable.
