Arunima Sinha is an Indian famous sportsperson. She is the first Indian amputee to scale Mount Everest. Arunima Sinha is the world record holder in the amputee division to climb Mount Everest. She is also a seven-time Indian Volleyball Player. She is now dedicated to social welfare and wants to open a free sports academy for the poor and differently-abled people. She wrote the 2014 book Born Again on The Mountain. Arunima Sinha is honored "Padma Sri" in January 2015.

Two best friends set out to conquer the world. They decide that to do this, they need to take on the Big Seven: The highest peaks on all seven continents. Together, they have stood on the top of six. But one giant looms ahead of them. And it is out for blood. Read as Elaine Clark, acclaimed alpinist, and her best friend, Casey Carson take on the mighty Everest and stand at the top of the world before the mountain decides that it is hungry.

This was all Everest knew and understood; until a freak accident that occurred on her descent from Mount Everest completely turned her life upside down. Fearful of her sudden new abilities, she cut herself off from everyone around her, isolating herself to prevent anyone accidentally getting hurt. News reporters had shared her early discovery of her abilities to the world, even without her consent.Nobody saw her after that, and wondered where one of the greatest mountaineers of their time had disappeared to. From afar, she watched strange men in laboratory coats and armed guards take people away from her town. Family, friends, neighbours. She didn't know who these people were, or why they were doing it, but she had a solid theory. That they wanted her, and were using those close to her to draw her out of hiding. To try and control her, to kill her, she didn't know. A new organisation contacted her out of the blue after a while, offering safety and help with her new abilities. What she didn't know, was this invitation would change her life. For better or for worse, we'll find out. * Action starts to ramp up chapter 10+.
