Earl Clifton moved away from his uptight mother once he graduated high school and now is living it up in Greenwich Village, Manhattan. Well if living in a tiny 20x10 studio counts then he's having the time of his life. He even got himself a job at the nearby newspaper firm. Certainly he doesn't expect to stumble upon a mysterious stranger at the Phillies Dinner on a quiet night. Conflicts string them apart and a fellow co-worker starts to look more and more dreamy as the days pass. Will a letter from a past lover make things hard on Earl and turn this into a tragic love triangle? You'll have to read to find out... ~Inspiration being the painting, "Nighthawks", by Edward Hopper.

Eight years after the formation of the Council of Presidents (COPs) under Chief Justice Brian Crawford, Eldoria has plunged into authoritarian rule following the deaths of President Walter Edward Brown, Vice President Varley Houst, and the entire line of succession. Originally an interim measure, the COPs have extended their control, imposing martial law and silencing dissent in a once-democratic nation. In this era of oppression, 𝐀π₯𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚 π…πžπ₯𝐨𝐫𝐚, daughter of the revered Founding Mother Elandria Felora, rises in defiance. With unwavering resolve, she reignites hope in Eldorians yearning for justice and freedom. Amidst the gathering crowd in Aegar, her words echo her mother's vision, sparking a renewed fight for liberty. Facing the entrenched COPs, Alexandra prepares to lead the resistance, aware of the dangers and sacrifices ahead. Guided by her mother's ideals, she vows to reclaim Eldoria's place as a bastion of democracy. As night falls over Remdant City, a rallying cry for defiance, courage, and the unyielding spirit of a nation determined to rise again reverberates through the streets. Achievements as of (07/29/24) - #1 in Eldoria - #1 in Unrest - #2 in Delegation - #3 in Initiatives - #3 in Dictator - #4 in Movement - #5 in Democracy

"I became a shard of glass that bled you every time you held on." They see the version of me that walked away. They see the silence, the "happy" mask I wear, and a heart that seemingly moved on too fast. To the world, I'm the one who didn't fight. I'm the one who let it all come undone. But there is a difference between moving on and just trying to stay above water. These poems are the confession of a survivor who is tired of being the villain in everyone else's story. It's about the noise no one hears, the soulmate I had to lose to find myself, and the terrifying reality of healing before you're "supposed" to. I'm the villain of this story. But if you look closely at the ashes, you'll see I was the one who caught fire first. Read my poems to see that grief.
