So, obviously this is a rehash of the 1986 movie, "Mario Bros.: The Great Mission to Rescue Princess Peach!" but I decided to add my own little personal spice into it... and figured, why not let everyone else see the weird fantasies I come up with, right? So here it is- I'm really just going to recap the whole film (So spoiler alert for that... but I assume if you're reading this you've already seen the film, lmao. Not like it's new.), but I'm going to slip in a little Y/n into everything as smoothly as I can. Why? Because I feel like the way the characters are portrayed in this movie are so unique, it's truly something I wish we could've seen more in the super early days of the game, with how little we knew about the whole universe. The Mushroom Kingdom just seems so much more mysterious and mystical, and the characters are mean-spirited, funny, and kind altogether in a way that shapes them so interestingly. I really enjoy seeing a Luigi that's more influenced by money and goods, in comparison to Mario, with his heart of gold. (And the blue outfit.) It's very retro anime, and even though I'm not a big anime fan, it's just too fun here. Why Luigi? Because he's extra cute in this movie, and it's given me a love for the character. I just wish we had more Luigi like this. Level-headed but impulsive, greedy but also caring, he's got more outside of the modern "Scaredy-cat" Luigi that I adore (Even though I still like modern Luigi). I just like the idea of sprouting a relationship with a stubborn, impulsive, but still sleepy and kinda whiny Luigi, it's interesting. With all of that yap out the way, I'll say that Im going to try to keep all of the dialogue, actions, plot, everything as close as I possibly can to the original film. I'm not trying to change this or anything. Also too, sorry to all of you who like epic lore and emo OCs, but your Y/n won't have some crazy backstory or anything that's not fitting in the universe. Sorry, but I gotta keep it real. Enjoy!
