Arata copes with rejection the only way a sociology and psychology student knows how: by turning his heartbreak into a documentary project. He interviews, films, and photographs people right before they confess their love, and immediately after they get their answer. But after completing four cases, superstition takes over-in Japan, four is an omen of bad luck and death. Unwilling to leave his project on an unlucky note, Arata searches for a fifth subject and finds Yuki Usui, a high school senior preparing to confess her feelings to a classmate. As Arata follows her through the lens, watching Yuki's fragile resolve face the ultimate gamble of the heart, he is forced to confront his own quiet grief-and discover what it really takes to move forward.

He was the sun. She was the moon. She needed him. He couldn't live without her. yet they couldn't be together. _____________________________________________ Destiny had always been against them. It's as if all the forces in the world are keen on keeping the two individuals who are meant to be together apart. But one force held them together. Her heart aches, his heart is always hurting. They carry an eternal heavy burden that they can never run away from. _____________________________________________ "No matter how hard we try some stories are just not meant to have a happy ending" I yell. "If it's not a happy ending, then it's not the ending" He yells back. "Hilarious."

This is a powerful compilation of poems exploring the profound, yet often hidden, weight of Unspoken Words. It is a journey through the complete spectrum of human emotion, connecting deeply with the reader's own internal landscape. The collection navigates the delicate pain of a broken heart and the tender beauty of love, while starkly confronting the harsh judgments of society and the raw reality of life. Within these pages, you will find poems about open wounds that refuse to heal, anchored by resilient threads of hope and faith. This book gives voice to the things we feel but dare not say aloud.

They were childhood friends. He loved her. She loved him. Distance didn't matter until it finally did. Thirteen years after, he's still stuck up on her, ignoring the woman, whom, even though how much he degraded himself, made lousy excuses to avoid her, ignored her calls and texts, left her by herself at Iwafune where he promised to tell her everything about him and his past, loves him still--until she grew tired of him. Alone and without a job, he went back to his home town, probably wanting to get back from scratch and up again. There he saw her--his childhood friend; his past love. But everything was too late. It was shouted to him by the ring on her finger. If only he didn't gave up and rewrote that letter for her thirteen years ago but was lost, could things be different? Could he have been better? Could he have been happy? But he smiled when they passed by each other. Why? A change of heart? A continuation of a story of falling in love. Rejection. Failure. Getting back up. Moving forward. And possibly, falling in love all over again.
