He can't concentrate at work, his thoughts drift off all the time and he even delegates supper to Thomas Barrow. Barrow! But it is only his duty that leads him to worry so much about her, of course. A Butler must be concerned about his staff's well-being...surely, it can't be more than that, could it?

A young unlikable footman is working at downton when a new maid comes to work there. Will he finally be able to let his guard down and care for someone?

I wrote this because I feel like there's more to the story about Elsie's worries. And I feel so sorry for her! She's so pure! There Will be a second one following this. It's chelsie! It'll have to end happy?! Hope you all like the idea and the story!! XXX

I've been re-watching Downton abbey and have some ideas for some stories

Thomas Barrows has just been named head butler at Downton Abbey. He has long forgotten his unfortunate past including suicidal attempts, fighting and unforgiving mistakes, but soon his joyous spree will come to an abrupt end as Mr. Barrows takes an unwanted stroll down memory lane. A certain footman has returned to Downton, leaving Thomas confused, angry and weary. His past is taking him on a haunting roller coaster ride filled with a sprinkle of love, a dash of mystery, and a whole fuck ton of self-loathing.
