Touya was put incharge of the hole setup including running and supervising the 'games' beacuse shigaraki knows he has nothing against killing random people if need be and since he now knows he was Endeavors son (this takes place a little before the whole battle with the LOV and the PLF lets just say for the stories sake dabi told the leauge early for some reason) and had 3 siblings he's assuming touya must be good with kids is he wrong? mabye, mabye not, read to find out the fate of these unfortunate children.
