The Joker found her annoying so he pushed her in and was just standing there and watching her, thinking of saving her or killing her. As much as he hated her he also cared about her, but didn't want to be with her. He jumped in and their colors became one, he kissed her making her paralyzed. She was no longer Dr. Harleen Quinzel she was Harley Quinn.

After Harley and Joker had twins, they moved their family away to a secret location for the safety of their children. I️ts been 18 years since Gotham City has seen Joker and Harley Quinn. Now, the king and queen are coming back for chaos, along with their children. Gotham City is in for some fun.
