Luigi longs for freedom, but his brother is in his way. He remembers the freedom he had and being able to do as he pleased without anyone telling him otherwise as the villainous Mr.L. Luigi finds a remedy that would allow him to turn into Mr.L and roam free for once without Luigi's restrictions. Mr.L returns to consciousness but is very upset at how he was just stuffed away in the back of Luigi's mind for so long. Mr.L does some unspeakable horrors and Luigi now wants to be rid of him for good. A parody with a twist in the plot unlike the original! Miserable endings turned good! Happy endings turned bad! A blend of the book, movie, and musical plot! All of this wrapped up in the world of Super Paper Mario. BTW No one knows who Mr.L actually is in this. (Book 1 of 3) Luigi seems to have recovered from the incident with the dark prophecy, but he always seems haunted by what happened. Mario knows that after all of the trauma Luigi went through, he might never be the same, let alone brave enough to help him with missions and such. Mario asks him how and Luigi nervously replies that he's been getting help, not showing NEAR the amount of confidence he revealed he had. Luigi doesn't remember separating from Mr. L. He doesn't remember being hypnotized, fighting his brother, and only has a faint notion of who Count Bleck was. He can't even remember forming Super Dimentio. He does remember waking up in the hospital bed, looking to his right, and seeing himself lying in another bed beside him.

In Flipside/flopside , a place between dimensions , there is a School , specially made for the students who are the very bests in their subjects (or) hobbies. We call these students ; the Ultimates. In this story , 16 paper ultimates have been choosed to attend this school. But suddently , after the entrance ceremony of the school , something went horribly wrong , which wasn't a part of the plan.

Well, instead of me taking him with me back to BOOM!, the two of us end up following the 4 heroes of SPM to help them from behind the scenes (me) and to get revenge on Dimentio (Mr L...okay, and also me).
