Hello!!! This is a shorter story that just came to mind after I repeatedly listened to a song for over an hour! It was originally gonna be a one-shot, but it became too long. But, it's still a short and sweet story! Mainly takes place just after the events of Super Paper Mario!! Contains Dimentio x Mr. L themes.

[REWRITE] Flipside Academy, a prestigious school located in between dimensions. A school founded to research the talents of exceptional high school age children known as Ultimates. This year, 16 new students were picked to enroll in this school, and our main protagonist, Dimentio, was one of the chosen students, as he was himself the Ultimate Magician. Everything went according to plan until the entrance ceremony, when terrible truths were revealed to all of them. This school year was surelly not going to be as plain and boring as any other high school year. This year... everyone is going to fight for their own lives in an attempt to eventually graduate.

Sirens live in the River of Twygz and their whole point of existence is to lure the sinners who died into the river to be cycled through and turned into either a Shayde, D-Man, Skellobit, or Nimbis. And also to, you know, kill people by drowning them. Sirens have been known to try and escape to the living world, but people try and make sure that never happens by guarding the dormant dimensional door to The Underwhere. Now that you're educated, here's the plot; Mr.L has been dead for a few weeks now and has been avoiding the River of Twygz, narrowly escaping from being dragged in by sirens. Mr.L knows he can't keep this up forever, but he doesn't want to, all he wants is to stay out of the river long enough to see Dimentio get the same fate as himself.
