After years in Okinawa, Japan Cameron moves to America and stayed with the LaRusso's. Daniel LaRusso was like a father figure at this point since Daniel and Kumiko go way back, he had seen them quite a bit over the years, Sam and Cameron had become quite close but since Kumiko died he had instinctively cut himself off from the world until he knew I had to do something with his life rather than just flush it all down the drain until it was too late.

After Daniel and Kumiko moved to America to be with each other and eventually get married, but after getting married, Kumiko found out that she was pregnant. Eventually, she decides to tell the news to her husband about the baby and Daniel is excited about it but the following night, she gets kidnapped by Johnny Lawrence. Also, this is the sequel to Daniel and Kumiko's Night Before the Storm.
