Why Mr Birling is a Boomer and other ways we can link An Inspector Calls to modern-day society. So, a few months ago I started to write this small funny little essay about why Mr Birling from An Inspector Calls is a boomer, and now, 4500 words later, here we are. I don't know how, or why for that matter, I wrote this, but it is written by a slightly depressed gen z kid who has strong political views, so like, just forewarning you.
