In this dark drama set in the world of The Cuphead Show!, King Dice and Pirouletta embark on a forbidden affair, hidden from the watchful eyes of the Devil. Pirouletta, confined and isolated, gives birth to their son, only to have him ripped away by the Devil's minions. The Devil plans to raise the child under his control, ensuring the boy serves as a perfect successor.
