After Ash returned to Kanto from the Kalos region, he decided that he wanted to push more towards his goals of being stronger. So, Ash gathered the Pokémon that wanted to go with him and train, said good-bye to his friend's and family, and left to Mt. Silver, where he would further his path of being a Pokémon Trainer. Three years have passed since that happened, and Bonnie is now old enough to become a Pokémon Trainer. For her tenth birthday, her and Clemont go out to Hoenn to visit Serena. After being told that Serena hasn't had contact with Ash for three years, they all head to Kanto. But they are in for quite a surprise when Ash hasn't been seen by anyone besides Gary Oak for so long. So, the trio head to Mt. Silver in search of their quirky friend. They didn't expect to find Ash... and he wasn't ready to go home so quickly.

Blue Oak was a born fighter, his father used to say. That was the reason he couldn't accept his loss to Red at the Indigo Plateau. When Red begins to sink deeper and deeper into darkness, help comes in the most unexpected way and the fallen champion begins to see an aspect of the trainer who used to be his rival no one had ever seen before. IF I DID TREVOR WOULD BE GAY IN CANON. i also don't own the cover images, i just edited them and made them look worse. i do own the (incredibly crappy) plot and any OCs. this story is a complete trainwreck that i am attempting to salvage (rewriting). i will probably post one chapter a week, unless i feel like people aren't reading it, in which case i will have vote/comment requirements. a lot of things will be different. some people who died in the first version might not die in this one, and some ships that you guys really liked might actually happen. no spoilers, though.
