A slight twist on the story. Shang discovers Mulan's secret sooner and under different circumstances. It'll mainly be based on the original Disney film, but I'll add some of the live action plot points in too.

ok so this is a story i realized could be really great so here i go. Mulan will keep his name the same because in this story his parents wanted him to be female so they made sure he did everything a female would. the liking guys part was just a plus. Then one day the guards came and said Mulan HAD to fight because he was indeed a male! and yea youll see the rest in the book!.

This is the story of Mulan as told by Lee Shang. (Disney 1998 version) *story excerpt* The medic cleared his throat. "General, it's the soldier... Ping," the medic said. "What happened? Is he okay?" I crouched down next to the medic, my chest filling with worry. "Um Fa Ping is... um..." the medic looked at me nervously. "Is he dead?" I whispered, hardly daring to breathe. The medic shook his head slowly. "Then what? What could possibly be so bad that you cannot tell me?" I asked, taking the medic's shoulders in my hands and shaking him. "Tell. Me." The medic gulped and looked up breathing shakily. "Fa Ping is... he's... um..." the medic closed his eyes and took a breath. When he opened them again, his face was set. "Fa Ping is a woman."

China has been saved by Mulan, but that does not mean the danger is over. Mulan has returned home, only to discover that her help is once again needed for a force to be reckoned with is keen on destroying China and dancing on its ashes. Join Mulan as she joins the army, again, but this time every knows she is a girl, but only a few welcome it. And even though she seems fine, that doesn't mean she is. During the night she is haunted by nightmares and hallucinations and during the day she tries to understand her feeling toward the recently promoted General Li Shang. But does he like her back, and if he does could their positions, a general and a promoted captain, keep them apart? But what if something worse tears them apart. I couldn't get this idea thought out of my head. I've heard of a Disney movie that never became a real movie. A crossover movie of finding Mickey Mouse while traveling to multiple Disney movie worlds. So I'm making my own, only this story is about Disney couples jumping from one world to a the next. To learn more about one another and to strength their love for each other. I'm going to make more versions of this story for every Disney couples. So keep an eye out for them. I do not own Disney or any of the movies or songs related to their respective company. But the pictures of Shang and Mulans outfits designs and forms are mine.

"NEXT!" Called the man sitting at the registration table. Looks like thats me... "Name." He drawled. "Uh~" Oh no..that voice was'nt going to fool anyone. I cleared my throat. "Uh....Ping." Yeah, that deep voice was much more convincing. The man shot me an annoyed look. "Ping...what?" He growled. Well geez. Don't blame me if you don't like your own job. "Excuse me!" He screamed. Oh shoot, did I say that out loud? "Fa...my name is Fa Ping." He continued to stare me down. "Any relation to Fa Zhou?" "Thats my Pop." I smiled slightly. He returned my friendly gesture with a scowl. "Your dad was a great warrior...you must be whats left." He handed me a ticket. "Your in tent 133, with Yao, Poe, and Li. Now get out of my line! You smell like fruit cakes and panty liners." I wrinkled my nose at him. But started walking in the direction he pointed me in. Aye-ya! This was SUCH a bad idea.

In modern times in China, Fa Mulan is an athletic sixteen year old girl who goes to Wu Zhong high school. While there Mulan struggles to balance life between a proper young lady and a rebellious adventurer while dealing with bullies and finding love. But when football season is around the corner and they won't let girls on the team, Mulan must disguise herself as a boy to play and defeat the Scorpion team of Mongol high school. P.S I don't own and Mulan characters from the movie, only the characters in my modern timeline. But all credit goes to Disney.

I have no idea how I got so much power. But I'm proud of it. I'm proud of my girls. I'm proud of.... Shang. To get her father out from having to partake in the war Mulan is gifted the offer of becoming a concubine for the emperor, which she accepts. But what happens when a new general comes in backs her up? Will she be swept off her feet bringing dishonor or will she save China with her little marry band of believers?

Fa Mulan is joining the army to save her father as he is injured from the previous war is the story we all know and love, but the story we don't know is the story of her twin sister Hua who knew that Mulan was Ping and had to protect Mulan from herself. Hua is in for a huge surprise when she meets her future husband Jun as he is the son of the Emperor who is not only going into battle under a disguise but has insisted that his future wife should know how to protect herself and their future children and only Shang his best friend knows the truth and will be happy to train Hua and Jun in private under the stars so they can get to know each other without Chi-Fu butting in with his clipboard. With their new friends Chien-Po, Ling and Yao Mulan and Jun will keep Hua safe and Shan-Yu from destroying China is to work together. The only way for everyone to survive is to make sure no one you love dies in the process.
