This is an AU of the X files episode Nothing Lasts Forever (Season 11, Episode 9). When Scully is severely injured, our dynamic duo will learn something shocking. Disclaimer: Don't read this unless you've watched the x files up to the end of season 11. I mean, you can if you want to, but it won't make much sense. It helps if you remember the episode "Nothing last forever" (hint: the organ-eating cult and whispering in churches) I don't own any of the characters, etc. this is just for my own enjoyment, and hopefully yours!

This is another X-Files fanfiction, set in This Is Not Happening. (s8, e14) I wanted to create a poetic view inside Scully's mind, portraying her thoughts and feelings during the last scenes of this episode. I thought it was stunningly heartbreaking, and wanted to see if I could achieve the same emotion in my own story. It's a little experiment, and it may or may not be successful.

Well I suck at summaries but here goes. Dana Katherine Scully is used to attention. But shes not used to this kind of attention. After leaving her friends and her old house behind, Scully just wants to settle in to school and be happy again. But he has different ideas. Fox Mulder is paranoid to say the least. He has no capability to trust. But shes different. From the moment he explained everything he knew she was perfect, if only she'd give him the time of day. And if putting them both in danger to prove to her that aliens exist is what it takes to get her to believe then that's exactly what he'll do.

This is actually my first fanfiction about the X-Files. I know I've posted a few, but this was the first one I wrote. I decided to share it because why not, but I wasn't familiar with writing the characters and it might not be great. This is a little short story about Scully and how she wanted to adopt Emily, who was actually her biological daughter. There isn't really a story to this fanfiction, I wrote it to begin to sketch out Mulder and Scully, their dynamic and their individual characters/personalities so I could get it more accurate in later stories. This is a short fanfiction about The X-Files, post-Orison. (s7, e7) This story has Scully alone in her apartment working her thoughts and fears to the back of her head. After the earlier events, she's paranoid about closing her eyes and considers phoning Mulder. Only she's stubborn and refuses to bother him. But Mulder takes matters subconsciously into his own hands when he turns up at her door and is determined to make her feel better. Cute, fluffy MSR. No smut.
