"I'm gonna kill myself..." Yeah. That thought shows up a lot now. After Ribbit abstracted, everyone expected Jax to change. Much to their disappointment. He didn't. He was still the same sarcastic jerk, the same a[%$!#]hole, and the same guy who makes everyone's life a living hell. Everyone in the circus hated that. Hated Jax. But what they don't know, was that Jax did change. Maybe not on the outside. But deep, DEEP inside? Now that's a different story. Jax was no longer alone in his own head. 3 voices found themselves stuck in Jax's head. 3 voices. 3 personalities. 3 problems Jax can't escape. One voice was completely unhinged. A dramatic, unpredictable wannabe poet who talks as if every word was part of some bizarre performance. Another was a sleazy flirt who never shuts up. Every sentence was a shameless joke, or a jab at everything around him. But the last one... The last one was kind. Too kind. Jax hated this voice the most, because deep down he knew he didn't deserve it. He didn't deserve the kindness. These voices never shut up. They mock him. Chat with him. Comfort him. Worst of all, they have an ability to take control of Jax's body. Crumbling all of Jax's hard work in keeping up the whole act. So Jax laughs louder. Smirks harder. Acts more obnoxious because it's the only thing keeping him together. But the cracks are spreading. The voices are getting to him. And sooner or later... something's gonna give. The real question is... When that time comes, will Jax finally see the humanity in everyone around him? Be able to redeem himself? Or will he give up.. And abstract like all the others?

The world doesn't need another love story, but then again, isn't everything a love story? What we do for it, how it changes us, how some of us never received it and can't accept it, while others only ever recognize it for what it is when it's too late. Our lives revolve around love stories, or the absence thereof. So then, the only real question that remains is whether one can ever truly exist in its presence without being destroyed by it, or not.

Hashimoto Kimiko knew she wasn't normal. With the six voices in her head it was hard to forget. But that didn't mean she was going to let anybody else know that.

Emily had been learning how to handle the difficulties her disorder brings her, all while trying her hardest to prove to others that she can succeed. She saw her life like a graph, the slope of the line was slowly and steadily decreasing, never showing any sign of rising or even plateauing. After constant meetings with counselors and principles, after multiple dollars spent and wasted on medication, Emily can't help but feel like everything has gone to waste. Colt has lived a double leading life. At home, he'd be avoiding his mother. A woman addicted to drugs and alcohol. A mother who was deteriorating in front of him and Colt could do nothing about it. While at school, he was one of the few students involved with the more popular group. Colt could care less about the conversations that involved him. He would rather be a lovesick puppy for the distant ash blonde in the back of his classes. There were only a few times he had heard her speak, but it was never towards him. When he finally got to talk to Emily, he can't help but worry about the way she sounds. This worry starts to eat away at him, and finally, he decides to do something about it.
