Earth is one of many purgatory planets, but a lot has changed on the human planet that could change the way all foreign entities view it and its residents. Humans Aconite and Nathan Sinclair, along with their most recent friend, Yin Servo, save those in danger from the Government of Cherubs and other known dangers. But when Aconite Sinclair has a vision of her lost friend, Pandora, and her body's current inhabitant, stuck in the laboratory in the center of Seraph Circle, they formulate a plan. But not all goes according to plan and the group ends up with several strays, one from the Government itself. They then find themselves plunged into a whole different world filled with far more dangers than they could have ever expected. As visions of Aylia start to haunt Aconite once more, as does the Hallway itself.
