Mumbo Jumbo was a vampire. He lived on Hermitcraft as one of the Hermits, and kept this secret locked behind closed doors. He could keep himself under control, and no one on the server was the wiser. But when he suddenly begins to slip, his instincts taking more control of him, he has to figure out how to keep his secret- and his friends- safe. No matter what. -- Mumbo was a vampire. This was a fact that he had to live with. However, Mumbo never did anything to hurt any of his friends. Sure, he had always had urges, to say the least. It was just a part of his nature, his instinct. But Mumbo could control himself. He wasn't an impulsive person, he could keep himself collected. Mumbo knew how to control himself. Hermit City is a city of heroes and villains, and Grian is one of its most reliably factual and truthful reporters. So reliable, in fact, that the Heroes' Association values him and his reports enough that they assigned him a bodyguard: HotGuy himself! Grian and Scar have been doing this for years, now, and their relationship is more than just that of bodyguard and charge. It might even be more than just a friendship! Their time to explore and find out what they are to each other is cut short when Grian starts investigating the famous Pearl Moon case, and Scar isn't there to protect him.

Xelqua was a Watcher. This meant he was an all-powerful being that had reality-bending powers and the ability to create worlds with the snap of a finger and destroy it with a thought. He was one of the most powerful beings in the universe, all-knowing, all-seeing, and all respected. He hated it. This Is the Story of Grian's past. P.S. When I ship, it is only personas. With the facts that Mumbo Jumbo is a vampire like species and the up-coming heir of his parents company while Grian Watcher is an avian like species who is also going to be the up-coming heir of a fantastic and very rich company, they were presumably stuck together due to their arranged marriage by their parents. With Grians short temper and Mumbos lack of self confidence, will they end up becoming friends in the end? More or less than that? Who knows.
