Factitious adjective artificially created or developed Journey is a 26 year old college student. She's smart and clever. Always one step ahead of everyone. But she has a secret. Instead of living in the dorms, she lives with her little sister in a a small apartment. Her little sister, Kylee has a bunch of conditions. She has asthma, cancer, arthritis, hypertension, strokes, she's blind in one eye, epilepsy and several heart conditions. So Journey spends most of the time helping Kylee. Journey wants to be a nurse and she already completed half of school, but she can't work because of her sister. Luckily they have a lot of help from the community, they get free money, trips, gifts, anything. All because of Kylee.
