This will be hard, serial killer investigations are long and drawn out and wind up to be very expensive. But whoever he is, even if his victims are just pros, they are somebody's daughter and deserve justice. Based loosely, very loosely, on the Green River Murders investigation and brough into modern day Seattle--with a little poetic license.
