Organisations are created to capture them and use them in any way they please, or to simply kill them off. No mutant is safe. However, there are some that fight against these oppressors and try to gain back their freedom. Others simply want to stay hidden, safe, and unknown. Sadly, that doesn't always happen, which might be why our seven young men got in trouble. For the most part, anyway. Some were to nice for they own good. Others just wanted to hit something. Some elements, such as their powers and the general 'lore', are based off of Mikamangata's BTS Mutant AU on Tumblr. Please check it out, it's amazing and the other AUs are equally great!

My name is Leilani-Lorali Strucker. I'm the younger twin sister to Lauren Strucker, only by 2 minutes, and the older sister to Andrew, or Andy, Strucker. Our story is a little different then you may have originally heard. We meet the mutant underground at the same time our friend, Clarice, does. In this story, mutants have soulmates. The title is inspired by the movie of the same name. (Mainly because this little booklet thing is about a character of mine from a roleplay I have that had a split personality.) Though with that said, that is as far as the similarities go between the two. This isn't a psychological horror but more of a young girl trying to get used to the idea of not only having been kidnapped but also experimented on for a year straight. (Which means there are given side effects to such an ordeal like whatever changes the kidnappers managed to do and psychological trauma said events could do to anyone, let alone a six-year-old.) Which also means that this whole book will have triggers and people should be cautious while reading. (Though I will say there is not a single HINT at rape, so that facet of the trigger-wold is safe.) And this is a fanfic mainly because the roleplay this character is from involves TMNT. Eventually, they will be mentioned in this book, and the effects that having them in her life will have on her health and such. I do not own TMNT of any generation, but the particular version of the fandom will be of the 2003 one. (The one my friend and I grew up watching.) AND BECAUSE I CANNOT FIND HOW TO ADD CAST MEMBERS FOR THIS STORY, the face I'm using for my character is Dove Cameron. Yep.
