The doctor looked at Reggie and frowned. The doctor moved his face closer and frowned once more. Reggie’s hand shot up and he pushed the man’s face away. The doctor gasped and screamed as he rubbed his cheek. Reggie stared at the man attempting to hold back a rather rude laugh. “That monster!” The doctor removed his hand and showed a large black burn on the side of his face. “He-he-he’s a MUTANT!” the doctor stuttered And who knew one sentence could change just about everything. Reggie Heston always had been a strange kid, but when he gets involved in a nuclear explosion just about everything changes. But his mission isn't to rule the world, Reggie Hestons mission is to find the truth behind the Percy Family tragedy.

Cassidy is a normal girl, well she used to be. Until she finds a strange canister of ooze. A creature comes to claim the strange item and lashes out on her. When she wakes up from the attack she finds herself completely different. Even though the turtles kept her alive she refuses to trust them after what Raphael did. Soon though, she finds herself falling for one of the turtles, but her heavy heart refuses to sink into love. When she's kidnapped by the Foot Clan and Raphael saves her. Her love for him grows and Cassidy doesn't know how to feel about him. Soon enough she'll accept her feelings, but who knows how Raph will feel.
