Izuku's quirk is a mutation quirk. It made him an Orc. Eventually his quirk evolves making him a fair orc (same concept as fair oni's. They take on a more humanoid form with their tusks remaining. No increase in strength, only speed) (I drew the cover but I based it on the high orc from solo levelling, I just didn't like the white paint and drew him without it)

Izuku Midoryia Quirk: Monster Every year, around his birthday, Izuku's quirk will make his body mutate. This is due to a problem with his quirk factor. There is no known way to stop him from mutating, and mutations tend to resemble animal parts, although that's not always the case.
