She doesn't know why she was so excited the worst day of her life, when glassy eyes ripped through her just as viciously as the beak did. She does know she's going to be a warrior though, even without her voice working properly. She has to be, no matter how small the world makes her out to be. These memories are not her's. Sparrowpaw is forced to fight them, but as she navigates the tangle of pain and joy her life is, she feels she might be fighting the wrong force.
